As a leader with high skill set. They’re often in between two states, one is revolves around uplifting the skill set of people around him. The other is revolved around being amongst a low level skilled set of people. The latter is often noticed by them to retain their position of competence.

One state says ‘we are an organism with no self, and we grow together’ and that’s how it often is. The other says ‘the self is to be recognised, prioritised and nourished’ otherwise it’ll fall back, possibly effecting the first statement.
