Amalgam of habits

FD

Perhapse, as they often say, we are a amalgam of habits accumilated over time. One can also say that addiction in a colloquial sense is another habit. And in such clearly a normal response to our habitual nature. And while change is often good, and familiarity often inflates the illusory sense of self, it’s interesting to notice the often observed opposite attributes of human nature together. To adapt to change is as many have said the key to a specie’s survival. Change here is a tricky one to explain in this train of thought. Do habbits naturally evolve? are habbits really constant? is addiction a bad thing? probably when it does it evolve. that’s when we apply the term to it. healthy habbits are therefore changing by nature.
