The difficult and seemingly impossible or the most basic anomaly one often wonders about is the distribution of skills, tasks, and roles within the workforce or within culture.

If a leader or a colleague wonders why everyone is sluggish, slow and unmotivated, the problem as it always has been has been magnified for some complex reason that is difficult to trace.

The question should obviosy be, how can one approach it?
