skiping breakfast

Alot has been changed since last time.

  • i’m finding that skipping breakfast is the best thing for an energy rich morning, all the way till lunch time.

  • I can skip lunch time too, but i’m afraid that’ll start to have consequences

  • I’m having an energy crash after lunch

  • I’m over eating a lot at dinner - surprise surprise, i’m having acid bit of acid reflux at this time

  • lots to re-shape. No need for details at this point I think - one think I know for sure, is that a heavy breakfast does’nt work for me - this is by far the best routine i’ve had for a nice, clear, and energetic morning

  • You’d think that my sleep is effected by eating a lot at night, it surprisingly is’nt as bad. It’s not great either, but always has been.
