Overeating

I’ve been having frenzy evenings at the kitchen table which is’nt usually where I eat anything! not everyday, but certainly more than once a week! and it usually happens when I fuck up my routine. i.e.. have dinner later than usuall. it’s not because of the half day fasting.
routine is still like last time (appx), lunch around midday (cooked veg, grain, legume/meat - half a cup each seems to be making me full - but I need to think about adding more depending identifying the source of my energy crash after), fruits an hour after lunch (3). Dinner between 5 and 7 pm (a little bit more than lunch, with a leafy vegetable plate), and half a cup of berries with some yoghurt, some nuts, and a couple of bread slices an hour later (a hefty snack). Dinner feels like It needs to be sooner, but that’s not possible. I think I can make it work. but my bedtime needs to be after 10pm.
My 10 min check with the team this morning was gloomy. It usually feels like there are too many thoughts, but certainly not gloomy. it’s usually a difficult yet enjoyable check-in.
I surprisingly didnt have diarriah this morning, but been having it for a while now, just on and off.
feeling sluggish, unmotivated, and having minor energy crashes after lunch has been almost a daily thing unfortunately.
Gas is 10 times better, not as odorous but is still there, certainly a little more than 5-7 of times a day!
