Day 4

I’m waking up at 12 and 3 am hungry! very hungry! I wondered whether I should be giving my abused body some time to adjust or not. But decided to still go through with it. For some reason, I felt awake energetic too, I guess the body’s way of mustering up energy in search of food! my last meal yesterday was at 4 pm, its 7:40 am as i’m writing this now - it’s impressive and oddly exciting, at least psychologically. The feast upon my fingers needs to be seen as a priority that influences sleep, the main activity to master. The mind body connection. The activity to produce in the morning alongside meditation is necessary. I’m not sure if reading should be my main activity before sleep and when waking up. It should be evolved around creating in the form writing, sketching, and music.
