New routine

Generally good! Flatulence and abnormal stool are still a problem, although better in a way. I’m attempting to focus primarily on sleep now, i’m trying to skip dinner. 3 meals a day. breakfast at around 7am, my fruits, nuts, grain and yoghurt snack at around 12, and lunch with a salad at 4 or 5. I feel fine, but I have notice that I’m waking up at 12 or 3 am hungry. I’ll give it a week or 2 from now (it’s only been 2 days) to see if my body gets used to it, and notice if it’s useful. It’s advantageous as I dont have to worry about dinner every day. If I can eat less meals and feel great, that’ll be the goal. Cheese have proven to disrupt my sleep (horrendous nightmares) if eaten at dinner, even if it’s early 7pm dinner.
