My body seems to have took a different reaction to life now - I think instead of describing the symptoms, and whats wrong with it - I would describe the new good things about it.

Generally, I feel great and energetic when I go out - if I stay in the house for too long, surprise, surprise, I start to get headaches, and it’s interesting that when I spend Christmas at aunt Nidal’s place (3 nights I think) - my gas symptoms started to diminish and they went back to how they where when I headed back home. I’m generally covering my self well when I go out - sticking to 4 meals a day - i’m less concerned with the meal itself and trying to pay attention to how i’m approaching the meal and their timing. I am enjoying a bit of all food groups and types. With particular attention to diary products, I have a feeling that reducing them is good. and with attention to bread, do I need it, I think I do, it’s good to have variety, and processed food is sometimes a good thing, easier to digest, makes some nutrients more available to be absorbed.
