Headrushes seem to be stronger than usual. This morning was far from energetic or normal. The only thing i can pin it to is my sleeping routine has ‘slightly’ changed, I had a late night with Angelo on Saturday. But the direct cause ofcourse as it always has been my colon, constipation. Root cause still unknown.
Gas this week is something i’ve never experienced before!

half a cup of pre-cooked black rice with some fennel seeds
half a cup of pre-cooked green lentiles
With:
about quarter of a tsp of ‘Geo Organics’ Atlantic sea salt crystals
The visual setting of both sitting next to each other, both dark and vibrant in color, simply put there with no support but simple salt crystals and a drop of olive oil
I’ve had to a few drop of water in there as it was a bit too dry, lesson learned: keep a little bit of the lentil juices!
