  • Presoaked together for about 24h in 0.35l kilner jar:

  • quarter of a cup of dry rolled organic Oats (tesco)

  • half a cup of organic soy milk (Product: Plenish)

  • 1tbs of poppy seeds

  • With:

  • quarter of a cup of frozen baby broad beans (from frozen, microwaved for about a minute)

  • 1 large Love Beets beetroot

  • quarter of an avocado

Headrushes seem to be stronger than usual. This morning was far from energetic or normal. The only thing i can pin it to is my sleeping routine has ‘slightly’ changed, I had a late night with Angelo on Saturday. But the direct cause ofcourse as it always has been my colon, constipation. Root cause still unknown.

Gas this week is something i’ve never experienced before!

Allergies seem to be back. Sneezing yesterday and this morning

  • Sat shy in a 1L glass container:

  • 4 medium organic gem lettuce leaves

  • 3 medium pak choi leaves + stem

  • 2 cherry tomatoes

  • 2 radish bulbs

  • 1 mini orange sweet bell pepper

  • about half a tbs of tomato paste from concentrate

  • 12:15 ended

  • 13:25 start of meal

  • Microwave heated together in a 0.63L glass Tupperware:

  • half a cup of pre-cooked black rice with some fennel seeds

  • half a cup of pre-cooked green lentiles

  • With:

  • about quarter of a tsp of ‘Geo Organics’ Atlantic sea salt crystals

    The visual setting of both sitting next to each other, both dark and vibrant in color, simply put there with no support but simple salt crystals and a drop of olive oil

    I’ve had to a few drop of water in there as it was a bit too dry, lesson learned: keep a little bit of the lentil juices!

  • Half a cup of cooked and mixed Fennel, courgette, swede, aubergine, and baby corn (from frozen)

  • 3 strawberries

  • 8 partially rehydrated prunes from tesco bag

  • 1tbs of hemp powder

  • one-eighth of a cup of cashews

  • a bit less than a quarter of a tsp of ‘Geo Organics’ Atlantic sea salt crystals
