  • 8 prunes, 2 figs, (Product: partially rehydrated tesco bags)

  • 3 pak choi leaves

  • 1 cherry tomato

  • half a cup of cooked spring greens

  • half a cup of black rice cooked with some fennel seeds

  • half a cup of soy beans

  • quarter of a tsp of ‘Geo Organics’ Atlantic sea salt crystals

  • quarter of a tsp of garlic powder

  • about a tbs of organic soy milk (Product: Plenish)

The fennel seeds with black rice is something!

still feels like too much food when adding the prune starter first thing after i wake up. not uncomfortably full. but a little more full than I want to be.

  • 4 medium organic sweet gem lettuce leaves

  • 1 mini sweet yellow bell pepper

  • a few minutes pause to write this

  • half a cup of soy yoghurt (Product: Alpro Plain no sugars.   • 1 tbs of cold milled flax seeds

  • 1tbs of cocoa powder

  • half a cup of frozen raspberries

  • about quarter of a cup of frozen blueberries

  • 1tbs of PB

  • 2 dates

  • 1tbs of pine nuts

  • one-eighth of a cup of walnut halves

I was’nt feeling very hungry before this meal, but i was craving something sweet. My lower abdomen i think needs to get stuff out, my bowl movement today did’nt feel complete.

  • 2 radish bulbs

microwaved:

  • Half a cup of cooked and mixed Fennel, courgette, swede, aubergine, and baby corn (from frozen)

  • Half a cup of Organic Chickpeas from a Tesco Can

  • Half a cup of ‘Merchant Gourmet Brown, Red & Wild Rice’ (ready in 2 minute bag, ingredients: Cooked Wholegrain Brown Rice (59%) (Water, Brown Rice), Cooked Wholegrain Red Rice (30%) (Water, Red Rice), Cooked Wholegrain Wild Rice (10%) (Water, Wild Rice), Vegetable Oil (1.6%) (Sunflower Oil and/or Rapeseed Oil)) - sitting in the refrigerator for about a week

  • With:

  • 1 ‘Love Beets’ Beetroot

  • quarter of an avocado

  • 5 green reduced-salt-tesco green olives

  • quarter of a tsp of ‘Geo Organics’ Atlantic sea salt crystals

  • quarter of a tsp of cumin powder

  • half a banana

  • one-eighth of a cup of raw almonds
