The fennel seeds with black rice is something!
still feels like too much food when adding the prune starter first thing after i wake up. not uncomfortably full. but a little more full than I want to be.

I was’nt feeling very hungry before this meal, but i was craving something sweet. My lower abdomen i think needs to get stuff out, my bowl movement today did’nt feel complete.

Half a cup of ‘Merchant Gourmet Brown, Red & Wild Rice’ (ready in 2 minute bag, ingredients: Cooked Wholegrain Brown Rice (59%) (Water, Brown Rice), Cooked Wholegrain Red Rice (30%) (Water, Red Rice), Cooked Wholegrain Wild Rice (10%) (Water, Wild Rice), Vegetable Oil (1.6%) (Sunflower Oil and/or Rapeseed Oil)) - sitting in the refrigerator for about a week
