  • 8 prunes, 2 figs, and 2 apricots (Product: partially rehydrated tesco bags) - microwaved for about 45 seconds

  • 9:05 -

  • 3 very small pak choi leaves + stem

  • 1 mini sweet orange bell pepper

  • 2 very small organic sweet gem lettuce

  • quarter of a cup of microwaved baby broad beans (about 1.5 min)

  • 1.5 tbs of Co-Op hommus

  • 1 large ‘Love Beets’ Beetroot

  • half a medium avocado

  • quarter of a cup of coconut cultured yoghurt (Product: coconut collab - plain)

  • 1 tbs of cold milled flax seeds

  • half a tbs of spirulina powder

  • 5 green reduced-salt-tesco green olives

  • The final half a cup of Aunt Nidal’s Bulgur with tomato and other vegs and spices

Indecision. I seem to be annoyingly indecisive at times.

  • In a 0.5L Chilly’s insulated Food Flask, sat since appx. 10:30 in descending order:

  • a few small organic sweet gem lettuce leaves + stem

  • 2 radish bulbs

  • 2 cherry tomatoes

  • about a tbs of cocoa powder

  • about a tbs of hemp powder

  • pre-microwaved for about 1.5 minutes each:

  • Half a cup of Organic Chickpeas from a Tesco Can

  • Half a cup of ‘Merchant Gourmet Brown, Red & Wild Rice’ (ready in 2 minute bag, ingredients: Cooked Wholegrain Brown Rice (59%) (Water, Brown Rice), Cooked Wholegrain Red Rice (30%) (Water, Red Rice), Cooked Wholegrain Wild Rice (10%) (Water, Wild Rice), Vegetable Oil (1.6%) (Sunflower Oil and/or Rapeseed Oil))

  • With: quarter of a tsp of ‘Geo Organics’ Atlantic sea salt crystals

I think the cocoa and hemp powder took over the salt taste, which wasn’t what I was hopping for. And because they’re preheated, it took over the small crunch of the salt crystals that typically pop every 3-4 tbs. Otherwise, this makes me a lot more happy than eating a meal at any restaurant to be honest. The prefrontal cortex is getting pickier and pickier - I’m not sure what the future holds yet, neither is it taking a lot of thought. but i know that i would’nt feel as good after a meal. Speaking of which, the funny feeling i was talking about yesterday popped up right about now, which is almost an hour after the last meal. Sign of struggle to digest, hiding it’s fears from the conscious mind?

Felt good, 2 hours later while riding my bike back, acid reflux was bad until bed time while i’m writing this.
