Presoaked together for about 12h in 0.35l kilner jar:
quarter of a cup of dry rolled organic Oats (tesco)
half a cup of organic soy milk (Product: Plenish)
1tbs of whole chia seeds
Mixed with:
quarter of a cup of ready to eat edamame beans - tesco
1 tbs of cold milled flax seeds
4 green reduced-salt-tesco green olives
1 large Love Beets beetroot
quarter of a medium avocado
I’m enjoying this but alongside the prune starter, it might be too much I think -

Half a cup of Aunt Nidal’s Bulgur with tomato and other vegs and spices
quarter of a cup of Co-Op hommus
one-eighth of a cup of walnuts

Lemon and Ginger tea
It’s nothing new, but I haven’t documented this anywhere yet - for a while now, I often get these funny feelings in my mid abdomen, almost a feeling of relief, combined with a slightly erotic feeling, i can feel stuff moving in there in a rather funny and satisfying way. I guess it signals my body’s defence mechanism of turning things that are hurting into bearable sensations.
18:40 - Am I having another energy crash? A sudden disinterest in everything just hit. Something isn’t right. and it probably has to do with my 16:00 or 17:00 meals.
