  • quarter of a cup of pre-cooked soy beans (from frozen)

  • 1 ‘Love Beets’ beetroot

  • 5 reduced salt green olives from tesco jar

  • Microwave heated together in a 1L glass container:

  • half a cup of pre-cooked spring greens

  • half a cup of pre-cooked black rice with some fennel seeds

  • half a cup of pre-cooked green lentils

  • With:

  • about less than a quarter of a tsp of ‘Geo Organics’ Atlantic sea salt crystals

  • a small handful of spinach leaves on top

  • half a cup of soy yoghurt (Product: Alpro Plain no sugars. Ingredients: Soya Base (98.3%) [Water, Hulled Soya Beans [10.7%]], Calcium [Tri-Calciumcitrate], Acidity Regulators [Sodium Citrates, Citric Acid], Stabiliser [Pectins], Natural Flavouring, Sea Salt, Anti-Oxidants [Tocopherol-Rich Extract, Fatty Acid Esters of Ascorbic Acid], Vitamins B12, D2, Live Cultures (S. Thermophilus, L. Bulgaricus))

  • 1tbs of cocoa powder

  • half a tbs of spirulina powder

  • 1tbs of PB

  • about quarter of a cup of frozen mango chunks

  • half a cup of pre-cooked Carlin peas - defrosted from yesterday

  • 4 prunes and 1 Fig - partially rehydrated from tesco bags

21:00 - heartburn for some reason - now we have an idea why

  • a small handful of rocket leaves

  • 1 mini cucumber

  • quarter of a cup of organic chickpeas from tesco can with some edamame beans to complete the legume serving

  • half a cup of cooked quinoa

  • a bit over half a cup of cooked and mixed Fennel, courgette, swede, aubergine, and baby corn (from frozen)

  • half a small avocado

  • 2 strawberries

  • 2 dates

  • 1tbs of cashews (6)

  • quarter of a tsp of ‘Geo Organics’ Atlantic sea salt crystals

  • quarter of a tsp of garlic powder

The rocket starter was an absolute bliss. i’m sure it had no nutritional benefit as it was just a few leaves, but the taste that gave an opening to the rest of the troops was perfect.

Guilty for eating in a rush!

cucumber was useless, 2 in the same day is too much.

although it looks like a perfect day of eating, the last meal felt too much. I’ve obviously enjoyed it, but i could’ve easily skipped it and waited till breakfast - although, i would’ve woken up hungry, which i did yesterday!
