  • quarter of a cup of dry rolled organic Oats (tesco)

  • half a cup of organic soy milk (Product: Plenish)

  • quarter of a cup of frozen baby broad beans

  • With:

  • 1tbs of cold milled flax seeds

  • quarter of a tbs of Cacoa powder

  • 1 ‘Love Beets’ beetroot

  • 5 reduced salt green olives from tesco jar

  • Half-way through the meal:

  • 2 Amoxicillin 500mg

  • 1 Metronidazole

  • in a 0.63L glass container, comfortably sitting with enough space:

  • 2 cherry tomatoes

  • a handful of ‘Fresh and Naked’ rockets leafs - washed before meal

  • a handful of ‘Fresh and Naked’ spinach leaves - washed before meal

  • a few minutes pause to write this

  • Microwave heated together in a 1L glass container:

  • half a cup of pre-cooked quinoa

  • half a cup of pre-cooked chickpeas defrosted 2 days ago

  • With:

  • about less than a quarter of a tsp of ‘Geo Organics’ Atlantic sea salt crystals

Quinoa was too good, guilty again for eating a bit too fast. I can feel a little bit of a heartburn causing a few bubbles

This is too good! amount was perfect. I took me an hour between the time i got back from Tescos and the time i finished eating.

My daily evening meal prep+eating time seems to be usually around an hour including eating it.

My daily morning meal prep+eating time is also about an hour

During the day, if i’m being slow and indulgent, it’s about 30 minutes x 2, for meal 2 and 3 - but i’m not worried about this, it seems to be an average amount.

My morning and evening routine are annoying at times. The only way to cut them in half is if i freeze - that’ll involve buying a freezer and i shall do that when i find a new place.

It seems to also take me about an hour to brush, floss, shower and change. which is a lot
