  • Presoaked together for about 24h in 0.35l kilner jar:

  • quarter of a cup of dry rolled organic Oats (tesco)

  • half a cup of organic soy milk (Product: Plenish)

  • quarter of a cup of frozen baby broad beans

  • With:

  • 1 small beetroot (product: love beets)

  • 1 tbs of cold milled flax seeds

  • a handful of ‘Fresh & Naked Mixed Little Leaves’ - Ingredients: Wild Rocket, Baby Spinach, Baby Red Chard, Baby Red Lettuce.

  • 2 cherry tomatoes

  • 1 mini cucumber

  • 2 radish bulbs

  • 15 minute pause

  • about half a cup of pre-cooked Aunt Nidal’s white rice with salt

  • about half a cup of Aunt Nidal’s red lentils with tomato sauce, some vegetables and spices

  • 13:35 end of meal
