  • Presoaked together for about 48h in 0.35l kilner jar:

  • quarter of a cup of dry rolled organic Oats (tesco)

  • half a cup of organic soy milk (Product: Plenish)

  • With:

  • about quarter of a cup of frozen baby broad beans

  • large beetroot (product: love beets)

  • 1 tbs of cold milled flax seeds

  • 1tbs of hemp powder

  • 1 mini sweet yellow bell pepper

  • about a cup of ‘Fresh and Naked’ Red and green Crispita and Apollo

  • about a 10-minute pause

  • a bit more than half a cup of pre-cooked auntie’s white rice with salt

  • about half a cup of red lentils with tomato sauce, some vegetables and spices

Fucked up proportions/quantity - they’re too tasty, i’m not sure that’s a good thing

  • 3 radish bulbs

  • quarter of a cup of mixed 3 beans chlli (from can)

  • quarter of a cup of blulgur and some vegetables and spices - Auntie Nidal’s food

  • 1 tbs of sesame paste

  • half a medium avocado

  • quarter of a cup of frozen blueberries

  • 3 large red cherries

  • 2 dates

  • 1 large fig
