Something not quite right, these two days, headaches, headrush, feeling flimsy. Sleep quality is being documented on another diary, it’s not great - strange dreams - it’s worth noting that all these symptoms started to appear when I moved to this house.

I usually start having headaches, headrushes, blurry or fuzzy mind when I know that there are stuff in there that haven’t been out in a while. The thing is when they come out, they’re cracked, they look normal, it’s just slow

  • All microwaved together in the same container:

  • half a cup of pre-cooked bulgur

  • half a cup of pre-cooked green beans and mixed veg

  • 7 medium mangetouts

  • sprinkled on top:

  • about quarter of a tsp of Atlantic sea salt crystals (Brand: Geo organics)

  • half a cup of soy yoghurt (Product: Alpro Plain no sugars. Ingredients: Soya Base (98.3%) [Water, Hulled Soya Beans [10.7%]], Calcium [Tri-Calciumcitrate], Acidity Regulators [Sodium Citrates, Citric Acid], Stabiliser [Pectins], Natural Flavouring, Sea Salt, Anti-Oxidants [Tocopherol-Rich Extract, Fatty Acid Esters of Ascorbic Acid], Vitamins B12, D2, Live Cultures (S. Thermophilus, L. Bulgaricus))

  • 1tbs of cacao powder

  • a tbs of pine nuts

  • quarter of a cup of whole grain rice (Product: Ben’s Original ready in 2-minute bag)

  • 1 organic large medjool date

  • 4 large red cherries

  • 1 large fig
