  • about quarter of a tsp of Atlantic sea salt crystals (Brand: Geo organics)

  • Microwaved together in a plastic safe container:

  • half a cup of pre-cooked quinoa

  • half a cup of pre-cooked urid beans

  • 1 tbs of sesame paste

  • quarter of a cup of pre-cooked red quinoa

  • 4 jumbo red cherries

  • quarter of a cup of frozen pineapples

  • half of a cup of frozen mangos
