  • five-eighths of a cup of organic soy milk (Product: Plenish)

  • 1 tbs of cold milled flax seeds

  • 1tbs of whole chia seeds

  • Quarter of a cup of edamame

  • Half a cup of cooked Amaranth

  • Pinch of table salt

perfect quantity. Very satisfying, warm thick soup-like consistency.

Surprisingly an energy crash - I assumed I’ll swap the raw leafy vegs with the cooked Cavolo Nero. Too much stuff, it seems!

  • one eighth of a cup of walnuts

  • half a tbs of sunflower seeds

  • 1 tbs of PB

  • quarter of a cup of whole grain Rice (Product: Ben’s original - Ready in 2-minute bag)

  • quarter of a cup of frozen blueberries

  • quarter of a cup of frozen pineapples

  • half of a cup of frozen mangos

Perfect timing, and quantity.

  • quarter of a tsp of Atlantic sea salt crystals (Brand: Geo organics)

  • 4 jumbo cherries

  • 1 date
