  • 3 small Little Gem Lettuce (brand: tesco)

  • 1tbs of tomato paste

  • half a tbs of miso paste (Product: Miso Tasty Organic White Miso Light Soy Paste 110G. Ingredients: Water, Organic Soybeans (29%), (Soya), Organic Rice, Salt, Yeast, Koji Culture)

  • a small handful of lamb lettuce

15 minute pause

  • half a cup of cooked bulgur

  • half a cup of cooked tempeh with some mixed tomatoes, onions, garlic powder, olive oil, balsamic grape vinegar, salt, and ginger powder.

  • about half a tsp of Atlantic sea salt crystals (Brand: Geo organics)

Good, again craving more food, but I think let’s keep a subtle ‘sameness’ for now.
