  • quarter of a tsp of Atlantic sea salt crystals (Brand: Geo organics)

Perfect. I was surprised that i enjoyed the miso paste. That’s another addition to my quick salad sauce.

not as good as the gala red apple for some reason - this is a bit too soft in comparison.

Bowl movement - looks normal, feels normal but a bit slow and they still feel like they’re cut off. on 3 normal sized pieces

Heartburn - again not sure what the cause is

Let me try focusing on chewing properly and relaxing (which i generally do because i type what i eat first here, then i eat - but doea’’t hurt to notice more often)

Bowel Movement - a lot of stuff came out - started normal - ended with mushy small ones
