  • 10 minute pause

    All ingredients pre-soaked for about 36 hours in a 0.35 L Kilner Jar:

  • 1 cooked beetroot (Brand: Love Beets No Vinegar Pouch Beetroot 280G)

  • quarter of a cup of rolled oats (Brand: tesco organic)

  • quarter of a cup of soy beans (from frozen (brand: tesco)

  • half a cup (plus 2 tbs) of unsweetened organic soy milk (brand: Plenish)

  • 5 green olives (brand: Tesco - reduced salt pitted olives)

  • 1tbs of cold milled organic flax seeds (Brand: Linwoods)

  • 1tbs hemp powder (Brand: Naturya)

  • 1tbs of chia seeds (brand: tesco)

    Perfect quantity, very satisfying. not visually interesting though, and that’s fine. I was worried it might be too much stuff, but I might make it simpler by going back to the 24th of July mixture, but adding more content. not sure yet.

A happy pair of about 10cm long type 4 on the bristol scale, a little slow to go out, with some cracks on the top head of the first one and a jagged end on the second one with 2 short 2-3 cm pieces accompnying it. Paristaltic movement still does’nt feel as normal

  • about 1.5 tbs of tomato paste from concentrate (brand: Heinz - double concentrate)

an unusual tightness in my chest directly after - did’nt chew enough, i did eat it a bit fast. Or too much tomato paste…tbc

  • quarter of a cup of cooked spinach

  • quarter of a cup of drained black beans (brand: Biona Organic - can)

  • pinch of Atlantic sea salt crystals (Brand: Geo organics)

Something about quinoa that makes it very soulfuly and bodily fulfilling.

Perfect quantity. I’m not sure if my proportions are right. Ideally, it’s half grains, half legumes, half cooked vegetables. but a bit too much. It’ll have to be three-eighths of each next time to keep the 1 cup cooked 1 cup raw rule that seems to work well!
