  • a medium red sweet bell pepper

  • 15 minute pause

    All ingredients pre-soaked for about 12 hours overnight in a 0.35 L Kilner Jar:

  • 1 small beetroot

  • quarter of a cup of rolled oats (Brand: tesco organic)

  • quarter of a cup of soy beans (from frozen (brand: tesco)

  • half a cup (plus a tbs) of unsweetened organic soy milk (brand: Plenish)

  • 5 green olives (brand: Tesco - reduced salt pitted olives)

  • 1tbs of cold milled organic flax seeds (Brand: Linwoods)

  • 1tbs cacoa powder

I’m not too sure I want powder, seeds or nuts in my mix in the morning. We’re going to try it the second mix tomorrow and be conclusive.

My digestive system seems to be going back to normal.

Craving more food. Quantity seems to be still perfect though to maintain morning energy and cognitive function

Constipation seems to still be a problem. Last Bowl movement was 3 days ago, the 22nd of july.

It’s worth remembering that i don’t usually have bowl movements on a daily basis, a day or 2 in between always felt normal to me.

Bowel movement. fits Type 4 on the bristol scale, a bit slow to leave with modest pauses in between, however, they feel and look normal. Last two pieces looked watery, the type the curls on it self. Signigficant improvement.

Craving a decent meal at this hour usually, it feels like a long time to wait for lunch

  • 1 celery stick

  • half a cup of drained black beans (brand: Biona Organic - can)

  • half a cup of mashed potatoes (Brand: Tesco. Ingredients: Potato, Skimmed Milk (17%), Butter (Milk) (1.5%), Salt, White Pepper.

  • pinch of Atlantic sea salt crystals (Brand: Geo organics)

1 small organic gala apple

This apple does help with getting rid of an unsatisfied feeling after a lunch-type meal.

  • about a cup or a handful of ‘Fresh & Naked Just Lambs Lettuce 60G’

  • about a tbs of tomato paste from concentrate (brand: Heinz - double concentrate)

  • 15 minute pause

  • half a cup of cooked Calevaro Nero, with some onions, garlic, tomato paste (from concentrate)

  • half a cup of cooked amaranth.

  • quarter of a cup of drained black beans (brand: Biona Organic - can)

  • 3tbs of kimchi [white chinese cabbage* (72%), Kale* (10.8%), Carrot* (7.2%), Onion* (3.6%), ginger* (1.8%), chilli flakes* (0.7%), himalayan salt. *Organic]

  • pinch of Atlantic sea salt crystals (Brand: Geo organics)

Good and satisfying overall quantity. Probably lacks a bit of protein and I’m guessing i’ll be hungry again soon. but that’s alright.

So far i’ve been successful in avoiding the post-meal crash and the uncomfortable feeling of bloating. With this one, I could’ve easily had a big crash if I added a little bit more. body feels relaxed, cognitive function seems to be okay based on what’s needed externally

funny how just before this meal, on my way back home i felt my lower abdomen’s ‘bell or belly fat perhaps’ relax or spring out. It was gone for a while. I’m not sure what sign this is, or if it’s good or bad. worth keeping in mind
