  • three quarters of a cup of unsweetened organic soy milk (brand: Plenish)

  • 5 green olives (brand: Tesco - reduced salt pitted olives)

  • 1tbs of chia seeds

  • all pre-soaked for 8 hours together

Vitamin b12 (Cyanocobalamin) - 1000 ug tablet (H&B)

Vitamin D tablet - 1000 IU (Vitabiotics)

Sucesful! I think half a cup of milk was enough.

Felt a little bit of an energy crash 5 minutes after.

  • about a tbs of tomato paste from concentrate (brand: Heinz - double concentrate)

  • about a 20 minute pause

  • quarter of a cup of cooked spring greens

  • quarter of a cup of cooked chickpeas

  • quarter of a cup of barley

  • quarter of a cup of mixed cooked, onions, garlic, baby corn, with a coconut and chia seed sprinkle on top.

  • 6 cooked small brussel sprouts

  • 2tbs of kimchi [white chinese cabbage* (72%), Kale* (10.8%), Carrot* (7.2%), Onion* (3.6%), ginger* (1.8%), chilli flakes* (0.7%), himalayan salt. *Organic]

  • pinch of Atlantic sea salt crystals (Brand: Geo organics)

  • half a cup of mangos (from frozen)

  • quarter of a cup of pineapples (from frozen)

  • 2 medium strawberries (from frozen)

  • 2 medium blackberries

  • 1tbs of cold milled organic flax seeds (Brand: Linwoods)

I’m getting hungrier man.

I do have a bit of a heartburn that’s been happening right after today’s breakfast. might be an effect from last night’s late meal.
