By far the most subtle and visually interesting cup of breakfast i’ve had

  • all fit in a 350ml Kilner jar:

  • a decent handful of Mixed Wild Rocket, Baby Spinach, Baby Red Chard, Baby Red Lettuce - [Fresh & Naked - Baby Leaf Mix - unwashed salad]

  • 1 pak choi leaf + stem

  • 2 small chicory leaves

  • 3 cherry tomatoes

  • about a tbs of tomato paste from concentrate (brand: Heinz - double concentrate)

  • about a 20 minute pause

  • half a cup of mainly cooked tempeh with some mixed tomatoes, onions, garlic powder, olive oil, balsamic grape vinegar, salt, ginger powder.

  • half a cup of bulgur with ginger powder

  • quarter of a cup of cooked green beans

  • quarter of a cup of mixed and cooked sweet red bell peppers, exotic mixed mushrooms (brand: tesco), garlic, asparagus, parsley

  • table salt

Too salty for my usual taste, but worth it

  • quarter of a medium tomato

  • three eighth of a cup of drained black beans (brand: Biona Organic - can)

  • quarter of a cup of whole grain rice

  • three eighth of a cup of mashed potato (brand: tesco)

  • 1 tbs of PB

  • 1tbs of pine nuts

  • pinch of Atlantic sea salt crystals (Brand: Geo organics)

Lemon and ginger tea

  • three eighth of a cup of coconut cultured yogurt

  • quarter of a cup of drained black beans (brand: Biona Organic - can)

  • 1tbs of cold milled organic flax seeds (Brand: Linwoods)

  • quarter of a medium avocado

  • one eighth of a cup of cashews

  • 2 large blackberries

  • half a cup of mango chunks with some mixed berries

  • 2 medium strawberries

  • a decent sprinkle of cacoa nibs

  • 3 dates

This was more that perfect.

I think i might be starting to crave more quantities now, but i guess i should stick to this quantity per meal for now - I’ll subtly start to increase at some point. quarters are good.
