Great, but still feels too much suprisingly.

I could’ve gotten rid of the chesnuts and i dont need the avocado in the morning. Flax and hemp are more than enough i’m assuming.

No energy crash, meaning food order strategy and proportions are fine. Just feeling of heaviness, shortness of breath at times when i walk, cycle.
