Half-way through the meal:
2 Amoxicillin 500mg
1 Metronidazole

half a cup of frozen mangos

Been feeling like absolute shit since 15:00 . Unsure if it’s the meal or if it’s the late night/waking up late. Both. My workout was bad too. Typical symptoms, fatigue, brain fog, lower abdomen feeling heavy (surprise surprise), flimsy when walking.

I’ve realised that my stomach should be empty before the lansoprazole dose. Tea sadly counts as a stimulant for stomach acid to be activated
