  • in a light grey glazed stoneware plate with a subtle pebble finish and a 21.5 cm diameter sits:

  • a handful of Fresh and Naked rockets

  • a small handful of Fresh and Naked little leaves salad

  • 1 Love Beets beetroot

  • 3 ready to eat organic tesco jumbo shrimps

  • microwaved:

  • half a cup of frozen peas

  • half a cup of pre-cooked bulgur

  • With:

  • 5 reduced salt green tesco jar olives

  • 1 tbs of sesame seeds

  • a bit less than one-eighth of a tsp of salt crystals

My Dal experience the other day and the bean and potatoes salad yesterday at the Lodge made me question things - Is this the best post-meal feeling i’m creating for my self? i feel fine now - but is it as aware, comfortable, clear-minded. It’s good, but I think this is too complex, even for a weekend meal!

Surprisingly, I’ve enjoyed the tempeh in this form!

This was good - My discomfort has disappeared for some reason.
