  • Presoaked together for about 12h in 0.35l kilner jar:

  • quarter of a cup of dry rolled organic Oats (tesco)

  • half a cup of Plenish 6% organic Soy with water ‘Milk’

  • 1tbs of whole chia seeds

  • Microwaved separately are:

  • three-eighth of a cup of frozen peas with some carrots

  • about 3 tbs of Yakso Tempeh pieces from Jar

  • With:

  • 1tbs of cold milled flax seeds

  • 1 love beets Beetroot

it sounds like a strange combination of flavours - but surprisingly subtle.

I could’ve eaten more.

One last thing I need to change - simpler dinners, my first 2 meals I think are good, the last 2 are certainly too complex. Let me try that for a while

What I’m feeling now is a discomfort in my lower abdomen, a feeling like something is spoiled in there, might be different reasons for it, but complexity might be one of them.
