One last thing I need to change - simpler dinners, my first 2 meals I think are good, the last 2 are certainly too complex. Let me try that for a while
What I’m feeling now is a discomfort in my lower abdomen, a feeling like something is spoiled in there, might be different reasons for it, but complexity might be one of them.
