6:55 - scuffy nose, sneezing, scratched inner top of mouth, stiff neck (particularly the right side), and soar triceps appears that seem to be recovering slowly, my last workout was Saturday the 24th.

  • 1 Lansoprazole 30mg

  • in small side nibs bowl:

  • 1 mini sweet yellow bell pepper

  • a 15 cm long stem with a few miniature leaves poking out at the end

  • Presoaked together for about 12h in 0.35l kilner jar:

  • quarter of a cup of dry rolled organic Oats (tesco)

  • half a cup of Plenish 6% organic Soy with water ‘Milk’

  • Microwaved separately are:

  • about 3 pieces or 3 tbs of Yakso Tempeh pieces from Jar

  • With:

  • 1tbs of cold milled flax seeds

  • quarter of an avocado

  • 5 Hojiblanca green olives from Cypressa Jar - drained and washed
