6:55 - stuffed nose, stiff neck (particularly the right side), feeling tired from a bad night’s sleep

  • 1 Lansoprazole 30mg

  • in small side nibs bowl:

  • 1 mini sweet yellow bell pepper

  • 2 pak choi leaves

  • Presoaked together for about 12h in 0.35l kilner jar:

  • three-eighth of a cup of dry rolled organic Oats (tesco)

  • five-eighth of a cup of Plenish 6% organic Soy with water ‘Milk’

  • quarter of a cup of Mung beans cooked with some fennel seeds and ginger powder

  • With:

  • half an avocado

  • 5 Hojiblanca green olives from Cypressa Jar - drained and washed

    I’m not sure why the odorful gas situation has started up again today - the only thing that changed is adding chicken breasts to my diet, and i doubt that’s the cause.
