Syptoms apear to be improving ‘slightly’. Energy and cognitive levels are fine. Lower abdomen seems to be indirectly bloated, meaning it’s as noticble unless i pay attention. Still gassy. I’m including an overall conditions summary here. that includes, neck stiffness - right. semi-blocked nose. HAppy with everything else.

Thermophilus, L. Bulgaricus))

  • literally 2 salt crystals with the last bite - Prawns and Makarells already had some salt added to them.

I’ve was never a big fan of the ‘fish experience’ - the sensory experience that measures the external world. My digestive system seems to respond well to it - It’s enjoyable for a very limited time, I often take a big break without any cravings. Cravings are indeed hard to define at my level here. It was certain that I needed a break from legumes - is it a result of the bacterial manifestation or a general indication of change created by my most instinctual and inherent modes of thoughts - dreams.

Quantity is modest and within my usual proportions and serving size. The type has obvjously changes significantly making it more filling. 30 minutes post my meal, I feel comfortably full but very different to the type of fullness I felt when I had my Dal yesterday - to relate it to the most recent experience I had at about the same time of the day - Although my split pea Dal experience wasn’t as dense and enjoyable as this one - my post-experience was fantastic - felt energetic, clear-minded for the next 2-3 hours after the meal right up to my 3.5-hour mark which is usually when my next meal is due (the 4th hour). This is something worth noting and coming back to. This one feels heavy, although not an energy crash, I feel slower and less focused-clear-minded.
