  • A split pea bowl (about a cup and a half) of Dal from the lodge space with a few rockets and sunflower seeds on top and a side averaged sized potatoe covered with something and appears to be fried.

A zen like experience - humble - a bit to full of flavours for my taste - I ‘might’ get heart burn later on, but that’s alright - I don’t usually eat split peas - primal taste and texture - the thing with simple meals like this (preferably with less herbs and flavours) is that my mind is’nt completely overtaken by the taste, i’m still active and calmly aware of my surrounding, though not doing anything but eating - I finished slowly, wiped my mouth, and carried on with my work - I seem to feel fine writing this about 10-15 minutes after the meal - a little gassy, but i’ve been gassy all day / month, so won’t blame it on this!
