  • Presoaked together for about 24h in 0.35l kilner jar:

  • quarter of a cup of dry rolled organic Oats (tesco)

  • half a cup of Plenish Organic 6% Soy with water ‘Milk’

  • With:

  • Quarter of a cup of edamame from ready to eat tesco box

  • 1tbs of cold milled flax seeds

  • 1 Love Beets beetroot

  • 4 cacoa seeds

  • half way through the meal:

  • Vitamin b12 (Cyanocobalamin) - 1000 ug tablet (H&B)

about 2 cups of Ginko, rosemary and ginger tea

all sitting in a 0.5 Kilner Jar since 8:00 yesterday:

  • a few Fresh and Naked mixed little leaves

  • chicory stem

  • three-eighth of a cup of soy yoghurt (Product: Alpro Plain no sugars. Ingredients: Soya Base (98.3%) [Water, Hulled Soya Beans [10.7%]], Calcium [Tri-Calciumcitrate], Acidity Regulators [Sodium Citrates, Citric Acid], Stabiliser [Pectins], Natural Flavouring, Sea Salt, Anti-Oxidants [Tocopherol-Rich Extract, Fatty Acid Esters of Ascorbic Acid], Vitamins B12, D2, Live Cultures (S. Thermophilus, L. Bulgaricus))

  • quarter of a cup of pre-cooked soy beans

  • about quarter of a cup of frozen pineapple chunks (3 chunks)

  • about quarter of a cup of frozen mango chunks

  • quarter of a cup of frozen blueberries

  • about 5 partially rehydrated apricots from tesco bags

  • 2 dates

  • one-eighth of a cup of cashews

  • 1tbs of PB

It is a little too nutty, did’nt make less enjoyable. Would be good to adjust next time.

  • one-eighth of a cup of chickpeas

  • half a cup of mixed whole grain rice - from ready to eat Merchant bag

  • quarter of an avocado

  • some salt crystals, cumin, garlic powder

persistent symptom to note these past few days include lower abdomen discomfort and bloating.

about 2 cups of Lemon and ginger tea with some of the stuff left in the pot from earlier

Something about ginger that I’m falling in love with - I’m not too sure if it’s just a phase—overwhelmingly satisfying, body and mind.

19:00 - I think the Cumin i’ve added might have given me a slight heartburn
