  • 1 Lansoprazole 30mg

    Worth noting that allergies seem to be getting back up again. Symptoms include sneezing, and runny/semi-blocked nostrils at times.

  • sitting on top:

  • 2 radish bulbs

  • a decent-sized Chicory stem

  • 4 or 5 Fresh and Naked mixed little leaves salad for color

  • Presoaked together for about 24h in 0.35l kilner jar:

  • quarter of a cup of dry rolled organic Oats (tesco)

  • half a cup of Plenish Organic 6% Soy with water ‘Milk’

  • 1tbs of poppy seeds

  • With:

  • Quarter of a cup of pre-cooked soy beans microwaved from frozen

  • 1tbs of cold milled flax seeds

  • Half-way through the meal:

  • 2 Amoxicillin 500mg

  • 1 Metronidazole

Another Hibiscus Tea attempt

I don’t think it agrees with me. A little bit too strong and a feels a bit too acidic/lemony for my taste

It’s worth remembering that taste-conditioning is part of the exercise that this diary is tackling, and in many cases we’ve adjusted and made good humble and relaxed progress. But I have to say, adding hibiscus tea does’nt feel like one of them!

  • Microwaved together for about 2 minutes:

  • Both- defrosted since yesterday evening

  • about quarter of a tsp of ‘Geo Organics’ Atlantic sea salt crystals

Ingredients: Soya Base (98.3%) [Water, Hulled Soya Beans [10.7%]], Calcium [Tri-Calciumcitrate], Acidity Regulators [Sodium Citrates, Citric Acid], Stabiliser [Pectins], Natural Flavouring, Sea Salt, Anti-Oxidants [Tocopherol-Rich Extract, Fatty Acid Esters of Ascorbic Acid], Vitamins B12, D2, Live Cultures (S. Thermophilus, L. Bulgaricus))

  • quarter of a cup of pre-cooked chickpeas

  • about quarter of a cup of frozen pineapple chunks (3 chunks)

  • about quarter of a cup of frozen mango chunks

  • quarter of a cup of frozen cherries

  • about 5 partially rehydrated apricots from tesco bags

  • one-eighth of a cup of cashews

Great as usual, quantity is good - legume serving is for certain enough, it’s stick to it, yoghurt, still debatable, felt like it needs the full half a cup - but i’ll judge if I feel the same thing tomorrow - two jars of equal quantities have been prepped this morning.

  • About a cup of frozen mixed carrots, peas, cauliflower, broccoli

  • half a cup of pre-cooked quinoa

  • quarter of a cup of edamame

  • With:

  • 4 cacoa seeds

  • Sitting on top:

  • quarter of an avocado

  • quarter of a cup of Blackberries

    Half-way through the meal:

  • 2 Amoxicillin 500mg

  • 1 Metronidazole

Guilty again for eating a bit too fast. I think it’s because i was already in a very active mood, as i usually am when i’m preparing my meal.
