Presoaked together for about 12h in 0.35l kilner jar:
quarter of a cup of dry rolled organic Oats (tesco)
half a cup of organic soy milk (Product: Plenish)
half a cup of frozen peas
1tbs of whole chia seeds
And then microwaved for about two minutes because it was a bit slushy and icy
With:
1tbs of cold milled flax seeds
1 large Co-Op Beetroot
6 reduced salt green olives from tesco jar
2 tbs of Plenish 6% Soy with water ‘Milk’
Half-way through the meal:
2 Amoxicillin 500mg
1 Metronidazole

Sitting comfortably in a bit over half an average-sized ceramic cereal bowl:
2 radish bulbs
1 organic celery stick (about 15cm long)
3 chikory leaves
a small handful of ‘Fresh and Naked’ Baby leaf salad
Microwaved together for about 2 minutes, and by the time i finish eating my salad and finish writing this, they’ll probably be at room temperature, which i don’t seem to have minded in the past:
Half a cup of pre-cooked bulgur
quarter of a cup of pre-cooked chickpeas
quarter of a cup of pre-cooked soy beans
With:
about less than a quarter of a tsp of ‘Geo Organics’ Atlantic sea salt crystals

Very satisfying as usual. A little bit too nutty I think. Angelo also mentioned the other day that the food we were making was too nutty during our legumes and grain mix dinner.
Or perhase it’s because i’m leaving a big chunk of peanut butter till the end.
I think, let’s keep it quarter of cup of legumes in the mix rather than half. That should be enough.
For sure, there is an energy crash at 16:15 - I re-call saying something about this but I haven’t implemented it yet. It’s also best to keep it quarter of a cup of yoghurt. The rest are fine, ignore the nuttiness for now - It’s great

I need to know how Kale should be cooked or microwaved, i ended up shewing it and then spitting half of it.
