  • very few watercress leaves on top - finishing off the bag really

  • Presoaked together for about 12h in 0.35l kilner jar:

  • quarter of a cup of dry rolled organic Oats (tesco)

  • half a cup of organic soy milk (Product: Plenish)

  • half a cup of frozen peas

  • 1tbs of whole chia seeds

  • And then microwaved for about two minutes because it was a bit slushy and icy

  • With:

  • 1tbs of cold milled flax seeds

  • 1 large Co-Op Beetroot

  • 6 reduced salt green olives from tesco jar

  • 2 tbs of Plenish 6% Soy with water ‘Milk’

  • Half-way through the meal:

  • 2 Amoxicillin 500mg

  • 1 Metronidazole

Sitting comfortably in a bit over half an average-sized ceramic cereal bowl:

  • 2 radish bulbs

  • 1 organic celery stick (about 15cm long)

  • 3 chikory leaves

  • a small handful of ‘Fresh and Naked’ Baby leaf salad

Microwaved together for about 2 minutes, and by the time i finish eating my salad and finish writing this, they’ll probably be at room temperature, which i don’t seem to have minded in the past:

  • Half a cup of pre-cooked bulgur

  • quarter of a cup of pre-cooked chickpeas

  • quarter of a cup of pre-cooked soy beans

  • With:

  • about less than a quarter of a tsp of ‘Geo Organics’ Atlantic sea salt crystals

1 organic Gala Apple

The whole meal was fantastic. The post-meal apple is great as always.

  • 1 mini sweet orange bell pepper

all packed and sitting in a 0.5 Kilner Jar since 13:00 :

  • 1 mini cucumber

  • 3 chicory leaves

  • half a cup of soy yoghurt (Product: Alpro Plain no sugars. Ingredients: Soya Base (98.3%) [Water, Hulled Soya Beans [10.7%]], Calcium [Tri-Calciumcitrate], Acidity Regulators [Sodium Citrates, Citric Acid], Stabiliser [Pectins], Natural Flavouring, Sea Salt, Anti-Oxidants [Tocopherol-Rich Extract, Fatty Acid Esters of Ascorbic Acid], Vitamins B12, D2, Live Cultures (S. Thermophilus, L. Bulgaricus))

  • quarter of a cup of pre-cooked chickpeas

  • quarter of a cup of pre-cooked soy beans

  • 1tbs of PB

  • about quarter of a cup of frozen pineapple chunks (2 big chunks)

  • quarter of a cup of frozen blueberries

  • about 5 partially rehydrated apricots from tesco bags

  • 2 date

  • one-eighth of a cup of cashews

Very satisfying as usual. A little bit too nutty I think. Angelo also mentioned the other day that the food we were making was too nutty during our legumes and grain mix dinner.

Or perhase it’s because i’m leaving a big chunk of peanut butter till the end.

I think, let’s keep it quarter of cup of legumes in the mix rather than half. That should be enough.

For sure, there is an energy crash at 16:15 - I re-call saying something about this but I haven’t implemented it yet. It’s also best to keep it quarter of a cup of yoghurt. The rest are fine, ignore the nuttiness for now - It’s great

  • about half a tbs of extra virgin olive oil

  • quarter of a tsp of ‘Geo Organics’ Atlantic sea salt crystals

  • Half-way through the meal:

  • 2 Amoxicillin 500mg

  • 1 Metronidazole

I need to know how Kale should be cooked or microwaved, i ended up shewing it and then spitting half of it.
