We’re taking a break from Lansoprazole - Gas is starting up again and it’s getting worse, not sure if they’re related, but i’ll pause for a week perhaps

  • 1 mini sweet yellow bell pepper

  • 2 small pak choi leave plus stem

  • Presoaked together for about 12h in 0.35l kilner jar:

  • three-eighth of a cup of dry rolled organic Oats (tesco)

  • three-quarters of a cup of Plenish 6% organic Soy with water ‘Milk’

  • With:

  • about three-eighth of a cup of Mung beans cooked with some fennel seeds and ginger powder

  • half an avocado

  • 1 love beets beetroot

    The increased legume quantity is also good

  • in a side bowl:

  • 2 handfuls of Fresh and Naked little leaves salad

  • about half a tbs of olive oil

  • a few sprinkles of cinnamon powder

  • about 1.5 tbs of aquafaba

  • In a defrosted 0.63L glass container, microwaved are:

  • half a cup of bulgur

  • half a cup of chickpeas

    With:

  • quarter of a tsp of salt crystals

    lemon and ginger tea

  • Quarter of a cup of cashews

  • an apricot

  • An apple

  • 2 radish bulbs

  • Microwaved in a side plate together for about 6 minutes:

  • about three quarters of a cup of frozen mixed carrots, peas, cauliflower, brocoli

  • half a cup of frozen white steamed rice from tesco

  • half a cup of pre-ccoked frozen red split lentiles

  • quarter of a cup of aquafaba

  • With:

  • 5 sugar snaps - microwaved with the rest at the last 2 minutes

  • quarter of a tsp of salt crystals

  • 1 Love Beets beetroot

  • half a cup of blackberries

  • three-eighth of a cup of frozen mango chunks + 1 big pineapple chunk

  • 4 partially rehydrated apricots from tesco bag

  • half a cup of soy yoghurt (Product: Alpro Plain no sugars.
