  • 3 partially rehydrated apricots from tesco bag

  • about half a tbs of PB

    12:30

  • an apple

  • about quarter of a cup of almonds

    15:50

  • Green tea

  • 17:40

  • a small pot of cucumber pieces with about 1.5 tbs of hommus

  • half a pot of Edamame beans with salt from Itsu

  • a banana

    19:10

  • an industrial flight meal box: small falafel wrap (not vegan), coconut collab small pot, small hommus pot (1tbs), cheddar biscuits, breaded sticks, small chocolate, and black tea.

At around 17:00 i’ve made the decision to opt out of an marketed meal to have the Edamame, cucumber, and banana - Well, the Edamame pot did’nt meet my uneducated expectations. Not a fulfilling meal I would say - which to surprise, did cause me to rush at eating the flight meal box without second thought. Lesson learned today, is don’t skip a meal, it will have consequences on how I interact with the my second meal.

21:00

  • The rest of the edamame pot - it’s ready not a lot, I would say the whole pot is a bit over quarter of a cup of beans without their cover.

It’s good to restate here, the importance of not missing a meal, or leaving my self to go hungry. I’ll try to set a day sometime in the future for fasting, as i’m sure it’ll do good. But for now, as a summary, my experiential relationship with food seems to be compromised if I leave my self to go hungry.
