  • a small handful of ‘Fresh and Naked’ Red and green Crispita and Apollo

    a few minute pause to write this

  • Microwaved together:

  • quarter of a cup of frozen baby broad beans

  • half a cup of organic soy milk (Product: Plenish)

  • With:

  • half a cup of pre-cooked red quinoa

  • beetroot (product: love beets)

  • half a medium avocado

  • 1 tbs of cold milled flax seeds

  • quarter of a tsp of Atlantic sea salt crystals (Brand: Geo organics)

A day of eating and snacking with family:

Also bloating, too many food and drinks I don’t usually eat

1 cherry tomato

Half a cup of white rice

Half a cup of lentils with tomato sauce, some vegetables and spices

3 bread/sesame seed sticks

6 dates

Half a cup of peanuts, probably seasoned

About a cup of white wine

1 small cucumber

Quarter of a cup of partially rehydrated prunes (Lidl bag)

About a cup of warm rice pudding with sugar - a bit too swee

Half a cup of white rice

Half a cup of lentils with tomato sauce, some vegetables and spices

Half a cup of ready to eat lupin beans with table salt

And other stuff
