The big crash

a around 8:00 on the 5th of November 2024, during my second H. Pylori treatment I’ve re-experienced some severe energy crashes, nausea, severe tightness in my chest, and probably signs of a panic attack in a stressful moment around midday - it’s worth noting that my ability to withstand the same levels of stress are decreasing rather than being in more stressful situations. I did indeed have a very strange breakfast that may or may net be contributer:

three quarters of a cup of oats, half a tbs of chia seeds, half a tbs of pumpkin seeds, a tbs of almonds, all soaked with a cup of Plenish soy milk overnight. Quarter of a small avocado, a tbs of ground flax seeds, 1.5 tbs of cocoa powder and half a cup of pre-cooked green lentils (microwaved for a little bit before mixing with the rest of the ingredients) - green lentils where cooked with some celery sticks, and some ginger powder, they had a bit of their liquid with them. 6 green olives where also added with the mix. A small mini cucumber to start with

I’m also experiencing energy crashes almost every day at 6 as i’m about to leave work. They last for a short period of time and i’m usually okay as I get into my exercise routine or when I get back home and settle in its mainly during the journey from the office to the gym, and then sometimes form the gym to the house.

It’s also worth noting that my sleep quality isn’t getting any better - I’m sure it’s a cause to all this.

Flatulence is a lot better - still present and need to be monitored, however at less noticeable intervals and less noticeable odors.
