7:31 - right side stiff neck - stuffed nose, although does’nt feel too stuffed. Cognitive and physical state are both weak - sleep quality continues to get worse - reasons beyond the scope of this diary, hence why m focus now is’nt here - i’ll be doing less frequent posts here.

I’m generally fine, gas problem is getting worse though - and i started getting some symptoms (lower abdomen discomfort) two days ago after i had an Amaranth meal with some spices at 8:30 pm - with some tumeric and cumin, i think that was a bit too much.
