7:05 - right side stiff neck - stuffed nose, although does’nt feel too stuffed. overall ccogitive and phycial state feels good. It’s worth noting that my bowl movement’s performance yesterday was a step down. Generally my lower abodmen area and the gas was also a step down this weekend, might be dairy.
