Noticing more than the usual or rather the occasional pimple pop up during this visit. My strongest guess is Dairy products.

I had an indulgent quinoa salad at around 17:00 from quite a decent place at the mall. I feel like shit now - hatred for everything and everyone. Not sure if I should blame the meal or the annoying kid that was sitting behind me
