Annoying energy crash at 18:30 yesterday - my routine has been normal, although i didn’t have a very satisfying fruit platter, raspberries, strawberries, couple of plums, and black grapes - I don’t think the combination works. And here’s where the function of taste and satisfaction plays a big role?

Just guessing here, the crash was short lived, for an hour or 2
